About our program
Our Kindergarten program offers care for 52 children in 2 classrooms staffed by 2 Registered Early Childhood Educators and 2 Early Childhood Assistants. Our kindergarten program provides care before and after school for children who attend Queen Victoria Public School. Children in Kindergarten have lunch in their classroom with supervision provided by TDSB staff.
The role of the Early Childhood Educator within this setting is to observe and guide each child based on their developmental needs and interests. Informed curriculum comes from direct observation of interest, play and interactions children have in the program and activities are provided to build on and develop these skills.
Fees & Subsidy
The fee for our Before & After School Kindergarten program (7AM to 9AM and 3PM to 6PM) is $26.23 per day. Children will be supervised by the TDSB during lunch time and are require to bring their own lunch.
The fee for our full day Kindergarten program (7AM to 6PM e.g. PA days, March Break, Winter Break, Summer) is $31.99 per day. Children will be supervised by childcare staff during lunch time and a catered lunch will be provided.
Please note that we accept subsidy.
