Our Pre-school program provides care for 24 children with 2 Registered Early Childhood Educators and 2 Early Childhood Assistants. Our preschool program is staffed above the recommended 1 staff to 8 children ratio for preschool programs which allows for small group transitions and activities.

Our preschool program is nature based, focused on Loose Parts and an emergent curriculum. The developmental differences in Preschool vary between children who are 2.5 years and still mastering skills learned in Toddlerhood, to 3.8 years who are becoming ready to make the transition to Kindergarten programs. This difference in development allows educators and assistants to support children in learning and mastering a wide variety of skills along the continuum of development and to scaffold learning for children to succeed. The variation of our program comes from observations of interactions and play, as well as the daily life of children in our program.

The fee for our Pre-school program is $33.66 per day, and we accept subsidy.
